Meditation Inspiration

The other morning I had one of the best meditation sessions I’ve had in a while. I used one of the meditation techniques I read in When Things Fall Apart by Pema Chodron. It says to give "some" attention to one's out-breath and when we find ourselves thinking of other stuff just acknowledge it as “thinking” (with non-duality – neither good or bad thoughts, just “thinking”) and return to a partial attention on the out-breath. I wandered far less than normal. It was very energizing.
